At BDS LIFESTYLE, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery within India, subject to courier service availability at the delivery address provided during checkout.

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sale periods, festive seasons, product launches or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

3. Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately:

Metro and major cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations: 4–8 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, BDS LIFESTYLE may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers. The terms of such offers will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Full name
House/Flat number
Street/Area
City
State
PIN code
Valid phone number

BDS LIFESTYLE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to the sender.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

These may include:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Strikes
Transportation disruptions
Courier operational issues
Incorrect address information
High order volumes
Government restrictions
Other unforeseen circumstances

A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend taking clear photographs or video of:

The outer package.
The shipping label.
The damaged area.
The product inside the package.

This documentation may be required when investigating a shipping-related claim.

10. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and products received.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where the claim is found to be valid.

11. Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations where courier service is unavailable or where delivery cannot be safely or legally completed.
